HECT of flowering tops of rosemary (Rosmarinus off verbenone 142.5mg)

HECT: Chemotyped organic or wild essential oil

Usage tips
1 capsule morning, noon and evening (before meals) with a large glass of water, i.e. 3 capsules per day following heavy meals, bloating, digestive slowness.
2 capsules in the evening before a meal during constipation.
